Returns

You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify.

Certain products, such as opened pool floats or used custom cups, cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds & Replacements

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a free replacement.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photo or video proof.

Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Please use a trackable shipping service when sending your item back, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2-8 Main Street, Suite 5, Roslyn NY 11576
Where to Send Returns
All approved returns must be shipped to our U.S. returns warehouse (full address will be provided after you submit a return request).
