Refund policy

We want you to love your Piñaq Merch. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify.

  • Certain products, such as opened pool floats or used custom cups, cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a free replacement.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photo or video proof.

  • Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service when sending your item back, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2-8 Main Street, Suite 5, Roslyn NY 11576

 

Where to Send Returns

All approved returns must be shipped to our U.S. returns warehouse (full address will be provided after you submit a return request).

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@pinaq.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
